How Christine helps couples spark reconnection
Christine has honed her professional expertise on human relationships for almost 20 years and loves using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help couples deepen and repair their connection. Her vast experience in the foster care system has deepened her understanding of connection, grief, and loss, as well as her compassionate mastery in creating therapeutic interventions that support people in moving through these challenges. She cultivates relentless hope and resilience through her continued education and daily meditation practice.
Most importantly, Christine is a profoundly humble and gracious therapist who believes in relationships and couples’ boundless, under-realized potential to heal, attach, and deepen their self-awareness and connection to each other. Connection sparks tremendous possibilities to change and grow in love and Christine can help you get there.

Christine is trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Here are three reasons why she thinks you will love EFCT.
Couples Reconnect, a branch of Calgary Reconnect Counselling Group, acknowledges that we are gathered on Treaty 7 territory, the original home of the Blackfoot Confederacy, comprised of the Siksika, Piikani, and Kanai First Nations; the Stoney Nakoda, comprised of the Chiniki, Wesley, and Bearspaw First Nations; and the Tsuut’ina First Nation. This territory is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. Located on this traditional territory, our mission is to spark reconnection and healing within couples, kids, parents, and families. We do this work with respect for these First Nations and in a spirit of humility, kindness, inclusion, and diversity.
