Parking
We are pleased to offer you free onsite parking at the time of your couples counselling session.
To park at the free 90-minute visitor parking behind the building, please register your licence plate by scanning the QR on the poster located inside the building, across from the elevator, and follow the prompted process. Nearby street parking is also available: there is 1-hour parking on 17th Avenue and 2-hour parking on 17th Street.
How we work
First of all, thank you.
That’s a big step, and we don’t take it lightly. Within 1–2 business days, our friendly Intake Team’s Mary or Mishaal will personally reach out to you (no bots, no generic replies). They’ll ask a few simple questions to get a feel for what’s going on in your relationship—and what kind of support might help. No pressure, no judgment—just a real human starting a meaningful conversation.
We take time to match you with a therapist whose style fits your unique dynamic—whether you’re looking for someone calm and reflective, someone who can gently challenge you, or someone who really gets what it’s like to feel stuck but still wants to try. Already have someone from our team in mind? Just say the word.
The next step is your first couples counselling session.
This is where the real connection begins. The first session is a chance to slow down and let us into your world—what’s been working, what’s been hard, and what you hope for next. You’ll both get space to speak and be heard, with a therapist guiding the process gently and thoughtfully.
We’re not here to take sides or hand out blame. We’re here to help you make sense of your patterns, reconnect with your intentions, and start creating something new—together.
