Lena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary.

Passionate about mental health, human behaviour, and meaningful connection, Lena brings seven years of customer service experience, as well as hands-on client intake experience, to the Couples Reconnect Intake team. In her professional experience, Lena has cultivated an empathetic ability to understand and respond to clients’ emotions and needs during intake calls with sensitivity and respect.

As an enthusiastic and compassionate Calgarian, Lena loves empowering teamwork, social connection, growth, and fun for kids through sports, and has volunteered for over six years as a Softball Coach for adolescents in various age groups. She has also volunteered fostering inclusive recreation and social programs for children, youth, and adults, connecting Calgarians from all walks of life, including those from the disability community.

Lena joined our friendly Intake Team in the summer of 2025. She looks forward to welcoming you and your partner to Couples Reconnect.
